Hannah Markiewicz, Social Media Editor
Hannah Markiewicz is a junior and social media editor and staff writer of “The North Star.” This is her 2nd year on staff. She has covered district finances, student’s travel and more. Outside of the newsroom, she enjoys volunteering with animals, going on walks and spending time with friends and family. She is excited to have a new role as one of the social media editors this school year.
Anjali Kambhampati, Design Editor and Copy Editor
Anjali is a senior and design editor and copy editor of “The North Star.” This is her third year on staff. She has covered topics regarding special education, student life, and entertainment. Outside of the newsroom, she enjoys StuCo, DECA, and Hope Club. She is excited to take photos at game days and continue making designs for her stories.
Addison DeVore, Editor-In-Chief
Addison is a senior and editor-in-chief of “The North Star.” This is her 3rd year on staff. She has covered sports, academics and holiday controversies. Outside of the newsroom, she is a part of the American Saddlebred Horse Association and enjoys reading and going to concerts. She is excited to photograph events and put out intriguing issues for this school year!
Lilly Copeland, Copy Editor
Lilly Copeland is a senior and copy editor of “The North Star.” This is her second year on staff. She has covered topics regarding religion, student life, and travel. Outside of the newsroom, she enjoys being part of the Student Council, Sources of Strength, and NHS. She is excited to take photos of athletic events and edit staff member stories.
