Lexi Newsom is a sophomore and copy editor for “The North Star.” This is her first year on staff. She has covered school and community news, and is interested in student life and investigative journalism. Outside of the newsroom, she is part of Spanish Club and a competitive figure skater. This year, she looks forward to writing as much as possible for the newspaper and improving design.
