Grace Kwak, Staff Writer
Grace is a sophomore and a staff writer of “The North Star.” This is her first year on staff. She’s very interested in covering news about sports, music, theater, student life and campus events. Outside of the newsroom, she’s participating in several school clubs and enjoys writing and reading as hobbies. She is so delighted to be part of “The North Star” and is ready to compile stories for the school newspaper!
Hannah Markiewicz, Social Media Editor
Hannah Markiewicz is a senior and social media editor and staff writer of “The North Star.” This is her 2nd year on staff. She has covered district finances, student’s travel and more. Outside of the newsroom, she enjoys volunteering with animals, going on walks and spending time with friends and family.
Olivia Moore, Editor in Chief
Olivia Moore is a junior and an Editor-in-Chief for “The North Star.” This is her second year on staff. She has covered online bullying, female beauty standards and academic stories. Outside of the newsroom, she enjoys reading, baking, and painting. She is excited to take photos at school events and work on her leadership skills.
Anthony Sutcliffe, Copy Editor
Anthony Sutcliffe is a junior and Copy Editor of “The North Star.” This is his 1st year on staff. He is excited to write about sports at Blue Valley North. Outside of the newsroom, he enjoys Marching Band, Concert Band and playing baseball.
