Sejin Hahn is a senior and a web editor of “The North Star.” This is their third year on staff. He has covered editorials and hard news. Outside of the newsroom, he enjoys playing the guitar, getting ice cream and running for Cross Country. Sejin is excited to build connections with new staff writers as well as improve on editing and writing skills.

Lauren Kopitas is a junior and staff writer of “The North Star.” This is her first year on staff. She has covered art and the minutiae of contemporary thought, behavior and communication. Outside of the newsroom, she enjoys reading and writing literary fiction, poetry and academia. She is excited to continue writing stimulating stories and helping to broaden the minds of her readers.
Alegria Aguilera, Editor in Chief
Alegria Aguilera is a senior and an editor-in-chief of “The North Star.” This is her second year on staff. She has covered student life and current events and is interested in politics and mental health. Outside of the newsroom, she enjoys playing guitar, writing music and fiber arts. She is excited to gain new editing skills and work to provide high quality stories to BVN students.
